Kate brings with her extensive experience in conservation, restoration and replication of historic gilded and painted frames. She specializes in the repair of missing finishes and ornamentation. Her treatments are respectful of original materials, preserving the aesthetics quality of the frame while maintaining evidence of its historic use.
